Had surgery by Prof. Morris last March at St. George Hospital. I had the extreme extent of cancer that he would operate on. Am very grateful that he did as I now have a full and active life. I was 6 weeks in hospital after surgery, had complications but since being discharged from hospital have been very well and gradually became more active. Currently walking up to 5 kgs a day, have had 12 cyles of chemo since I came home to regional NSW and now on a 'wait and see'cycle. My 2 checkups with Prof. Morris since operation have been excellent and now only have to see him 6 monthly. Positivity is very important. My husband and I plan to travel to various areas of Australia this year. Bezzini House was a godsend to my husband and adult children. Support there from other residents as well as Ann was very welcome.
