My friend is a veteran and about two months ago got dental work done at a dentist referred by the VA Hospital.
Apparently, the dentist was not very good. He checked my friend and said four teeth must be pulled. After giving 13 shots of novacaine, the dentist used some kind of "machine" with "needles" (?) sticking out... and all four teeth were removed all at once.
My friend felt very strange and ill for several weeks.
About a month ago, tumor-like breakouts appeared on his face, wrist, stomach near his belly button, and on his chin.

Would someone please look at the pics and let me know what this may be?
