New to this

Just been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and am very confused and afraid. Looking at about 4 months chemo and I don’t know much about it yet. I also suffer from anxiety and depression which is surfacing right now. I have to lose some weight before surgery and it all feels like too much

Re: New to this

Hi Robin53, so sorry about your diagnosis.  Yes it is very overwhelming to find out you have cancer. I remember my anxiety went through the roof with my diagnosis last year. Once I started treatment it was a bit better. Hopefully you have lots of love and support around you. Don’t be afraid to ask for help in whatever way you need.   You can always ring the Cancer Council and talk to them. 🙏💕 Linda G
