While it’s not common, about 960 men in Australia are diagnosed with testicular cancer each year. Unlike many other cancers, testicular cancer occurs most often in men aged 20–39. Surgery to remove an affected testicle is the most common treatment, but chemotherapy and radiation therapy may also be used.
