Support during Chemo Treatments

I have been advised I am to have 3 cycles of chemo for my stage IV Ovarian cancer. My problem is that I work and all my family and friends also work. I don't want to have to ask friends and family to take time off work to take me to and return me home from my chemo visits. Is there some sort of support out there that can assist.
