Travel insurance and cancer

Hi folks I am considering travelling for 2 weeks in Europe while I wait for test results as badly need a break. Has anyone got any tips on good travel insurers that don't freak if you want cover and have non aggressive cancer and not currently having chemo or radiation just hormone therapy tablets? Cheers
