Today was a huge day for Hopetoun WA as we held our first Breast Cancer Market day with over 35 stalls, an auction and fashion parade of old wedding gowns.
the croud was big and very willing with donations coming from far and wide.
We auctions a framed, signed photo of Glenn McGrath which raised $550, a signed cricked ball by Glenn which raised $400, a voucher from Flame of Esperance $60 and a voucher from Inside Out $100.
so far we have raised $2600 and we are still counting.
I would like to thank Audrey Dixon who organised this day and for all the work she put into it.
Hopetoun as seen its fair share of Breast Cancer over the last year and we want to see an end to it (if possible). we all look after one another in this town and today showed that.
thank you everyone for helping to making today so special for all of us.
