6 months ago I found out about the bladder cancer. Stage 2 and not going through any treatment. I'm just learning what I can about this type of cancer and what to expect in the future. So far I haven't learned much. I guess it's a waiting game at this point. I wish I had more help with the pain from the hospice that is waiting for me to get worse. So far it's a painful ordeal without much relief.
I sure hope you feel better. My cancer Multiple Myeloma never hurt to bad but the transplant was pretty rough. Better now though
Hi Stan71, so sorry about your cancer diagnosis. Have you decided not to have treatment? It doesn’t sound right that you can’t get help with the pain. Maybe you could ring the cancer council for advice. Hope you have family supporting you through this time. 💕🙏 Linda G
Hi Linda, thanks for your concern with my problem. My brothers and sister don't talk to each other. It's one of those kind of families. The pain relief provided by the hospice should be enough to take care of my pain. Just like for the last 20 years with back and other problems that I have had such a hard time getting help for. This bladder cancer is starting to change things and just like the other doctors, there was just enough pain relief provided to make you wish that they could go back and get some of the medication that they used before the politicians turned into pain specialist. Now it feels like they have tampered with the medicine so that it isn't as effective then they can blame it on the patient for it not working. I spent years getting the proof of what the problem is in my back and other pinched nerves, using the VA test It didn't make any difference. So I am looking forward to leaving this misery behind. Now I read that hospice patients have to make it to a doctor's office in person to get any end of life help with the pain. Like there is much given now. I don't trust many doctors and no politicians anymore. I will ask again tomorrow for more help with the pain, but I won't get my hopes up. Thanks again for your concern.
Hi again LindaG. Things might work out later this week with the medicine according to the nurse that helps me. Now if the politicians would stay out of terminal patients lives by making patients report to the doctors office for end of life medicine. If it isn't one thing, it's another. Oh well, we have to try to be positive until we know for sure who's side that the politicians are on.
I hope you recover quickly from the procedure and things for you. It's a bit of a chore to get over the negative periods. Lucky I have a doctor that gives me Venlafaxin to help get me through the rough thinking times. They help a lot almost always. Best of luck to you.
Please make sure you’re close to Jesus at this time as he’s our only hope in times of trouble. I pray for your healing and that God will be with you ✝️🫶🏼
