Need Support

New here…I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer at the start of this year…i have completed 6 months of chemo and now scheduled for a lumpectomy and lymph node removal in 3 weeks.  I am feeling very anxious cant sleep, i just want this nightmare to end 😞

Lost all my hair, eyebrows and eyelashes, i don't recognise the person in the mirror 

feeling alone during lockdown …Family and friends seem to distance themselves

Not sure how to handle everything…Trying to deal with each day 

Need to find the courage to keep going…your support and advice is appreciated

Hi Lena, so sorry that you’re feeling so alone. Make sure you ring the cancer Council for support if you have no one else to talk to. Yes I too look at my new head always covered with a turban and can’t imagine looking like I used to. Just try and  take one day at a time and hopefully life will get better soon. 💜 Linda G
