Hi I’m 54 and recently been diagnosed with breast cancer lobular carcinoma in my right breast and waiting to have a mri biopsy on my left as previous has shown possible cancer in left … I’m currently going to Westmead breast cancer clinic they are so great … but I’m stuck in so anxious and can not get motivated and cranky all the time … I feel for everyone in this group this is so hard 😭
I am so sorry to hear you are going through this.
I hope with support care and time you will be less anxious, it’s only natural to feel as you do.

Hi @Bell71
I'm so sorry to hear about your recent diagnosis and continued wait for even more potentially tough news. Navigating through it all is extremely challenging and feeling anxious and unmotivated is not uncommon - you're certainly not alone.
If you'd like to, you can always contact us on 13 11 20 and the team of heath professionals and oncology nurses will able to guide you through any support options that are available to you. Talking to others can be hugely helpful before, during and after treatment.
For those of you who have been through breast cancer, what do you wish you had known earlier?
Take care
Miranda
