I play hangman most nights with my three young sons at the dinner-table (a gift in itself, given that I'm past my cancer expiry date).  

The thing I notice that's missing in this game is a scaffold.  With the incorrect E, there should be some kind of a scaffold … the bottom wooden bit that the noose, hanged man etc goes on top of.

I guess mine might look something like this:
