Hi Nathan, I have had the same diagnosis this year, even though I'm a lot older. Its been very confronting, and I'm just about to start 2 weeks whole brain radiation to bring symptoms under control. I had neurosurgery 10 days ago, and don't know whether there will be follow up chemo. Good luck. I'm happy to chat if it helps.
