Just a big hello to everyone. I recently had two operations for thyroid cancer. After removing half, the surgeon felt that perhaps some cancer was left behind, as it wasn't in a lump, but a 'spread' (invisible to the naked eye.)
I'm on the waiting list for the radiation therapy in Brisbane. I just am looking for others who have had this type of cancer.
The next person (who has never HAD cancer) who says to me, "If you're going to get cancer, thyroid cancer is the one to get", I think I'll scream.
