I've just had a portion-cath inserted, can someone tell me if you need to be careful of them, e.g moving your arm

Hi debbru,

I was a bit sore initially after having the portocath installed, but after a few days, you won't even know that it was there.

I wouldn't go wacking it with anything hard, but I only had mine removed so I didn't have to go through the bother of having to get it flushed.
