Rectal cancer bowel incontenance

My mum is 86 and has dementia and as of March she has rectal cancer as well. She is currently undergoing palliative chemo and radiation. She has been using pull-up pants for a while due to o incontenance but with the cancer and radiation she now has bowel

incontenance With diarrhoea and the pull ups just aren’t cutting it. She is still slightly mobile so don’t really know what to use. Any suggestions?
