Eating well before, during and after treatment for cancer is important. Good nutrition can give you more energy and strength, help you maintain a healthy weight and improve your mood. But when you have cancer, it can sometimes be a challenge to eat well or eat much at all. It could be the cancer itself or the side effects of treatment that make it difficult to eat and digest or absorb food.
Cancer Council has some practical tips and suggestions for managing common eating problems and ways to look after your health and wellbeing.
