I had a mastectomy in May and I still can't get used to the feeling of the temporary reconstruction, thatis the tissue expander filled with saline. It moves and shifts and generally feels uncomfortable. Anyone else felt the same.

That sounds really annoying. I had my mastectomy in April and I did not have the problems you described with my expander. It just felt a bit odd and stiff. I had the expander swapped for the permanent implant a month ago & it is much better.
How much longer will you have the expander for?
