Hi Susy, I also have had this trouble with my partner. He is on steroids and I think this and pain cause him to be this way. I try to take no notice of it and carry on regardless and when it get to much for me I carmly say to him what I think of what he is saying then tell him I am going out for awhile and when I get back I want him to try not blame, attack or speak badly to me. This must make him think as he is usually much better when I come home. Hope this helps you as I know how hard and hurtfull it is

I am so worried about Daz. He has been feeling so sick and is struggling to eat most of the time and the smell of food when I eat makes him throw up. I feel so sorry for him having to go through this and I feel so helpless, there is nothing I can do to make him feel better. He sleeps most of the time and wakes up with very bad headaches. I am starting to think this is the beginning of the end. I know I should be more positive but I also have to be realistic. He has a busy week of appointments this week and is starting a new trial so I am hoping this will have him feeling a little better soon.

Hi Jodii, Daz is doing ok, I think he is slightly improved, he is still very fatigued but not so grumpy and is feeling ok for a little while after he sleeps. I am doing ok, my own health problems are giving me a bit of a hard time but I am fine. Daz is also eatting a little better this week too, so that is good, hopefully this is the start of him feeling better again. Thanks so much for your concern, it makes this hard time in my life a little better. How are you doing?

Hi Jodii, thanks for your reply. Yes Darryn is having a lot of trouble eating, he has no appetite and also even the thought and smell of food has him gaging and feeling sick. Don't worry about asking dumb questions, thats what we all come here for, to help people and get advice for ourselves. It's such a great help having a place like this to ask questions and rant when we need it. I wish you and Erik the very best and hope you are coping ok. Feel free to ask me anything, I am here for you anytime. Daz is starting a new drug trial so we are hoping this gives us more time together and not to many side effects.
