I have just seen your post.  I hope since then and now you have received the answers you need.  In case you are still waiting, although a pap smear does not detect ovarian cancer given the other symptoms you describe can also be symptoms of ovarian cancer, another port of support for you could be the ovarian cancer Australia helpline.
