I have just seen your post.  I hope since then and now you have received the answers you need.  In case you are still waiting, although a pap smear does not detect ovarian cancer given the other symptoms you describe can also be symptoms of ovarian cancer, another port of support for you could be the ovarian cancer Australia helpline. Hi Milo01 I also have Ovarian Cancer. I've never posted to a chat forum before, and very infrequently go in to read posts but for some reason have looked today. I feel for your situation and saw too with admiration your posts with questions/ experiences of hair loss.
