I absolutely feel your pain, anguish and devastation, some advice that i was given is to be kind to yourself, allow yourself to feel the grief and just take one day at a time. Don't be afraid to seek help if you need it. I am extremely saddened to hear of you losing your soul mate, I feel your pain. It has now been 4 months without my husband and best friend. I continue to experience sudden bouts of overwhelming sadness, at times feeling like I can't function. I am 54 and can't believe I'm a widow and will never see or touch him again.
