Hi Carly, so sorry that your wonderful mum has gone. It’s such a dreadful time to go through, the caring and the loss😢. I lost my darling mum in 2020 after caring for her then having to put her into care. After she died I had so much guilt about many things and couldn’t move on.  A friend suggested that I write a letter to mum. I did this and said how sorry I was for everything that I felt guilty about. It really helped me so I’m just sharing that with you as something you might want to try.
