First let me say I'm sorry you are going through this. I was diagnosed with Invasive Ductile Carcinoma in 2020 (I was 54 years old). It was diagnosed after having a routine mammogram ... I had zero symptoms, so the diagnosis really threw me for a loop. It had also spread to my lymph nodes. I opted to have a lumpectomy, followed by 8 chemo treatments and 8 weeks of radiation. I am happy to say there has been no sign of cancer since. That is until 6 months ago. I have now been diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma. I am having surgery October 6 to remove my kidney. For some reason, this time I am much more terrified than when I had breast cancer. I hope your healing journey gets easier. Please take care and know you have many people rooting for you. Christine
