Hi I was just wondering if I am the only one who struggles with being angry? maybe because my husband has started to get really sick which makes it all real? also cancer has taken so much away from our family already & it just keeps stopping us doing stuff with our lives. i'd love to know how other people coped with anger if they had it. thanks.

I too am a carer for my husband who I will lose sooner rather than later. We have 3 beautiful young children who keep me going. I find it hard that the once strong man who used to take care of me to now need to be cared for. All the very best for you.

Geez symphony I swear you can read my mind. i'm so sick of the 'you need to stay strong' etc etc. I feel like I am the only person in the world going through this with young children too.

Hi symphony
I have 3 young children 8,3 & 2 I'm 35 & hubby (52) has pancreatic cancer. I can't believe I'm not alone! Thankyou so much for posting. It really sux hey. Everything you said is true. The thing I would l would love most is if I woke up & it was all gone. We got our life back. Initially I found it hard that our once 'normal' life got totally turned upside down so suddenly. It feels like we live in a different world compared to our friends. Speaking of friends I have found most of them to have found it all too hard so they have chosen to keep away. Right when I need them most. I see there comments on facebook (their lives go on normally) & it hurts that they are not there for me. Actually I don't really have much support from anyone. You have to keep going tho. It's awful seeing your loved one so sick from the treatment that's supposed to help them isn't it. It makes u wonder if they would be so sick if u had of done nothing? Do you do any alternative treatment? I hope u get some much needed time to yourself. Take care Selly

Wow It is so good to hear I am not alone. My husband(51) has just had whipple surgery to remove a cancerous tumor from his pancreas. I am 34, we have 3 children a 7yo, 3yo & 18month old. We are waiting to hear what type of cancer it Is. We have barely been told anything which is difficult. We also had a miscarriage 1week before we found out husband had cancer. We've only been married 3weeks. To be honest I'm struggling a bit as there is so much stress and pressure surrounding us. I'm trying to remain positive though.
