Hi Everyone,
Its almost two years ago I was diagnosed with lower Gastro Intestinal Cancer stage 4 metastisised, I have now had 28 chemos and am up to my third PIPAC treatment which is chemo via laproscope directly to the area. I medidate daily, practice mindfulness everyday and excercise most days, I have the most wonderfule spirtual councellor too and all of these things have been my survival.
it hasnt been easy to deal with this disease in any way but I am still living my life to the max as much as I can and am so very grateful for my family and friends and there amazing support and to be here in this most beautiful world everyday!

I use the insight timer app for meditation and support, I find I have to do this daily or more to reduce anxiety and stress, I also use mindfulness walking as another great way to destress.

I have been living with cancer for one year now I started meditation at diagnosis try insight timer app it has some really beautiful meditations I also practice mindfulness every day walking and music mantras I have a beautiful photography page on Instagram #ecomindfulness that gives me much joy to bring to people for healing and peace sending good wishes to you 🙏🌿
