Hi MsCate, Welcome to this community. Although, it's not necessarily a club you would normally like to be involved in, it can be a very helpful club. I am sorry you have cancer. What is making it so hard for you to tell your family? Is it because you don't want to hurt them? Family can be a very big part of coping well with a cancer diagnosis.
