Hi Larama I have balance, strength, and stability issues associated with S4 esophageal cancer having spread to my spine at L4 & T9 however this latter one is causing no impact on the spine at this stage, I currently walk with the assistance of a walking stick. I have had chemo and recently 5/6 weeks ago had radiation therapy to the L4 area and have had no mention from my oncologist about physical therapy, as the treatment is more about pain relief and quality of life as I suspect this to further deteriorate over time. Each prognosis, journey and outcome is very different, so I wish you all the very best, I’m sure some days you will have steps forward but some days a backward step as well, but stay strong, be strong set goals and kick some goals as well. Yes they says because of cerebellum tumor and keep suggesting physical therapy and went for it for 4 months and stopped. Because of lockdown. It didn’t improve at all and now can’t walk without walker and had seizure recently and 2 days completely gone and slowly getting better now. only balance is worse still. Hey Coralyn, My spouse  had immune therapy  keytruda and he took it more than 1 year after brain tumor Surgery and he had lot of crazy cough at the night and couldn’t sleep so doc prescribed some med and but that med was missing up his blood work too. but he was very patient and was still taking immune therapy  probably 6 months after his body adjusted better. But he felt always like he had some kind of cold or flu. Had runny noise light cough sore throats everyday etc...  While getting treatment he had seizure and that cancer came back again and he had surgery again and immune therapy didn’t work well with him and his brain frontal lobe had a lot of necrosis so he stopped it.  After he has again surgeries some other area and trying all kind of things now.  good luck!  stay safe .  ...
