I read a good one tonight about worrying ." Don't borrow sorrow from tomorrow ".I try not to worry until I know that there is something about which to worry .

Silly I like problems to a cake that is being mixed. If you add a bit of yesterday into today and then mix a bit of tomorrow you get this huge problem that just grows like a cake rising in the oven. Take out yesterday and tomorrow and just focus on "what is", makes it a little less scary most of the time. :) Julie
