I'm reading "Stronger than Cancer" by Connie Payton, published by Compendium Inc, at the moment. It is a fantastically inspirational "book of hope, love and encouragement", filled with cancer patients and relatives stories. One message really stands out for me on Page 78: "I shall pass through this world but twice - once before cancer and once after cancer. Let the "after" be the most treasured". - Cheryl Caleca, Link to Life Newsletter. There are many wonderful stories of hope and courage in the book, just like there are on this website, we should all realise that although our journey with cancer is "unique", so is our life, no one can tell us our exact future, they can only give us a "weather forecast", because it is yet to happen, and we are in the driver's seat. Take care fellow travellers and make the most of today!
