its been over a year since mum passed away. in the past few months i cant even look at her pictures. when i feel sad i push it out of my mind. i feel numb when it comes to thinking of mum. is this normal to feel numb? i feel scared that if i let my self go and really feel my pain i wont handle it...am i not letting myself grieve?

It it absolutely normal to feel numb. You will come across your grief at the right time, and, when you do, you will handle it, a little bit at a time. Big hugs, and don't forget to be kind to yourself- you have been through real trauma. love Emily
