OCD

I have terrible OCD coupled with my crippling anxiety  and it is affecting my life. Sometimes I think about things that are not real. I want to get over it. How can I do it? Do you have suggestions?

Re: OCD

Hi,

Dealing and coping with the anxiety is something that is always personal.

Each individual has something that will work for them.

For me, working (it meant that I had something to distract me) and fitness (walking or running).

When I'm running regularly, I can take on the world. Nothing can stop me. Motorcycling is also a good release.

But when I stop, I feel everything start to build up again.

What do you enjoy doing? Why do you get up each day?

What do you do for you?
