Hi Doreen, I'm sorry to hear about your dad & your mum not being well, it must be very stressful for you at the moment. I'm a survivor of MCC, if you or your dad wish to have a chat or would like more information on my journey, send me an email. Merkel

Pat, My deepest sympathy to you and your father on the loss of your mother. I have enclosed a poem that may offer some comfort to you both. She is Gone - Remember me. You can shed tears that mum is gone, Or you can smile because she lived, You can close your eyes and pray she will come back, Or you can open your eyes and see all that she has left. Your heart can be empty because you can't see her Or you can be full of the love you shared You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday, Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. You can remember her and only that she is gone Or you can cherish her memory and let it live on, You can cry and close your mind be empty and turn your back Or you can do what she would want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on. Merkel Your dad's going back to his specialist today. When you feel up to it, let me know how he went.
