Melanoma Stage 3 neck radiation..please tell me what to expect?

BTW astro,  if your skin starts to break out in all little blisters,  get them to get you on solugell and gauze and dressings. Don't leave it until it's a festering mess.   The stuff is magic.  My skin was literally falling apart at end of week 4.  Once I started on the solugel and dressings,  it was actually healing even as radiation continued each day.   By end of week 7,  it looked better then at end of week 4

Thankyou so much for the info.  I have decided to put radiation treatment on hold and start the target therapy instead. Unlike you guys, I'm just not up for radiation treatment right now. Really, really appreciate the replies. X
