Re: Pancreatic cancer

Still waiting for Friday when the oncologist will talk to me, and I guess he will tell me when I’ll start with the chemo.

Re: Pancreatic cancer

Have you heard what treatment you’ll be having yet?

Waiting is the worst isn’t it?

I’m still waiting myself, I know what treatment I’ll be having, but not when.

last week I had a little operation called Celiac Plexus Block, to burn the nerves around the tumor that were giving me the pain, that was the radiation I had. Next week I’ll probably start with the chemo. All doctors have shown positive, and I am very positive. I have faith in God.

I hope that Celiac Plexus Block went well and that your pain level has decreased lots,I am familiar with that procedure, when you start chemo have an open mind, our bodies all respond differently to it  hopefully the side effects are not to bad and the chemo does it’s job on the tumor for you ,best wishes with your treatment.
