Re: Up, down, or sideways?

Hi Richard1.  Anniversaries can be tricky.  Firstly, congratulations on approaching 2 years survivorship.  That's wonderful.  Of course, as you say, getting back into life after cancer can be really hard and most people at some stage need help.  I'm attaching a link to our Cancer Council NSW online material on Living Well After Cancer.  Hopefully there are some tips or ideas in here that you connect to and can help.

Also, you are welcome to call the Cancer Connect team on 131120 for a confidential chat.  They are there to just listen if that is what you need and can also share ideas about potential supports and services.

Kind regards ...

How is everyone going today? It can be a tough journey, with some day's easier than others.

Re: Up, down, or sideways?

Hi Tom, I rather not say where I’m from. The days are getting a little better, some worse ect. I’m getting used to living in a constant state of panic, it sucks but it is what it is…

Re: Up, down, or sideways?

Thanks Tom. I’m starting to try new things and break up the ground hog days. Small things, driving to work a different way, walking a new path in the morning, travelling out of town on the weekend ect. Just keeping busy and active so my mind opens up to new adventures.

Hows everything with you?
