What if cancer comes back? Managing fear of recurrence

Once your treatment has finished, you may worry that the cancer could return. Worrying about recurrence may affect your physical well-being, as well as your ability to enjoy life and make plans for the future. Learning ways to manage the fear of recurrence can help you find a “new normal”. Making changes to your lifestyle can also help you to live well and reduce the risk of developing another cancer.

Thanks for sharing this with us.

Honestly I have chosen not to worry about what IFs.

I never worried about getting cancer in the first place.

Life is to short to worry about dieing.

Live well

Treat people with love and respect.

Enjoy every day we have.

If we have unfinished business take care of it sooner than later.

Be thankful for what you got.
