What do you mean by embarrassing side effects?
Can you give me an example?
My digestive system makes a lot more noises now than it ever did in the past.
The noises can sometimes be heard by people around me.
They look at my strangely like I'm passing wind or something. I have to then explain that my digestive system is a little different after the surgery and it's just processing food.
