Hi @Milo01    Thanks for sharing so openly your struggle with food, nutrition and eating enough post treatment. It can be a very real struggle on a daily basis and I can certainly hear your focus and concern on eating enough on a daily basis to prevent too much weight loss and maintain strength. I'm sure you are not alone in this struggle.   It's fantastic that you have read the Cancer Council booklet, Nutrition and Cancer booklet already. Have you been able to speak to your doctor or dietitian to recommend foods to eat for energy and protein recently? They may be able to guide you on additional options you may not have considered yet. Your strong mindset and selfcare is evident - keep going and stay strong.
