It is a tough gig that we undertake ... there is no two ways about that! I think we do fall in heaps when the pressure is off a bit. I know that happens to me. You will rally round again and get back to feeling better. As you have just said, you do need to be kind to you. I often say to people "what would you say to someone else that came to you with your problem?" and the look on their faces when they finally see the difference in the way they expect themselves to be and what they expect from others.
It will ease and there is no point stressing ... just be mindful instead and focus on what is here and now.
I am fine, thanks. Getting over treatment and my shoulder lump is a torn tendon with arthritus and some calcium build up (or something). I think one of the drugs i have had has had a hand in this one. Seeing as i spent two days sitting on the couch and did the tear.
