For me, I try to incorporate veggies and fruits into what I'm already going to eat, like adding more salad veggies into my breakfast sandwich, lettuce/cucumber etc. when I'm making noodles for lunch, or adding peas and carrots when I'm making scrambled eggs etc.. I also place fruits and veggies where I will definitely see them in the refrigerator, so that I will be reminded to include them in my diet. Hey Coral,   I had a neuroendocrine tumour a few years ago, and had cisplatin as a part of my treatment too. From my knowledge, there is a possibility of the symptoms you described arising from cisplatin treatment. I have those symptoms too, along with tinnitus (ringing in the ears). The symptoms could also be arising from my surgery too, which caused irreversible damage to my hypothalamus, which controls the levels of hormones in my body (including the thyroid hormone). I would say the best idea would be to get your oncologist's appointment if it's really bothering you, and also going to bed/waking up at roughly the same time each day helps a little bit too.   Wish you all the best! I had a initial diagnosis of brain tumour in 2013, which recurred in 2015, which I had to undergo chemo and radiotherapy again, and I've been cancer free since then. Hey @ThatGuyOverTher, I had chemotherapy and radiotherapy for a brain cancer 4 years back, and I had thinning of hair too. I even have a few bald spots, specifically on the top and the side (likely due to radiotherapy). What I do is to leave my hair longer, and just style my hair so that the bald spots are mostly covered up, and not cut my hair as often as before. 🙂 ... View more

Hey @LindaV ,   I had a recurrence of brain cancer 4 years back, and I was given a high dose chemo due to possible metastasis in my spine. It was very painful and uncomfortable, and I had a few infections as a result of neutropenia during chemotherapy. However, the good news is, after the high dose chemo, I've been in remission since, with no sign of recurrence. Hey @NoreenWin, I went through high dose radiotherapy 4 years ago, and it has left me with a persistent ringing in both ears, and I find it harder to hear people speaking properly as a result. The radiologist in charge suggested I get some hearing aids, but he also said that it may or may not work. Not sure about grommets though, haven't heard much about them yet..   -Raymond ... View more
