I'm a year this week from first been told I had BC and to most of you I got off easy. I'm on Letrozole and doing well 5 months in. Last week felt abit off just stomach ache Dr did numerous blood tests one crp which results returned 144 should be 5..Dr called told me to go straight to hospital redid bloods that score how 80 of course I go straight into thinking C is back Had Ultrasound today said looks fine and more bloods tomorrow . My pain is in now in lower back must be an infection somewhere and still worried C is back somewhere. Is this normal?

I'm going to be starting letrozole once I see oncologist in 2 weeks side effects sound awful and giving me anxiety thinking about it. Got away with not having chemo but chemo seems better at least it's for a period of time and recover but hormone tablets to think 5 to 10 years it's a hell of a long time. What are people doing to help them through side effects pls .

I'm 58 and Just been told I have high grade DCIS head spin under statement. I've been doing some research before I see a specialist at the end of the month. The treatments as invasive as if cancer which is a shock to discover. Has anyone left untreated and monitored every 6 months whats people experience with this. Thank you to anyone who reply.
