well sorry i haven't been on fo quite awhile,working full time all this year so far and it's not too bad, up in the Pilbara for 2 weeks training some guys up and boy do's the heat wear u down, especially with the limited saliva, hence heaps of water. my ENT is next week which will be 9mths out from rad treatment,still got the same old same old, no teeth as yet, maybe top ones before xmas, but i am settled into my mushy eating habits and quite suprised at what i can gum down :) tongue still swells a bit but you guys know.

Things are finally starting to move along now. I have a date set for my biopsy, its on thursday the 8th september. They are going to remove one of the lymph nodes from my right shoulder area. Went and saw the day surgery unit to complete all the paperwork. One of the nurses there was so nice to me. When she realised what I might be facing she put her hand on my arm and asked if I was alright. Well that just set me off. I couldnt hold the emotions back anymore and had a good cry.
