HI some advise from someone thats in the same boat DONT push yourself too hard when you go back to work your body needs time I remind myself everyday - to put myself first - dont know about you but I was working too hard before the cancer changed all that I know we are all different but only you know what you are able to deal with and there will be good days and bad days My moto is take time out to "smell the roses"" Just take care OK Cheers

Thank you I think I have over done it. With study and work and children. But I feel as if I am preoccupied I will not think about what is happening to me and I will push through but after being back at work for a couple of weeks I feel tired a lot now. Thanks I will keep this in mind for a while now
