Today I had my last chemo session..... 6 months and 15 treatments in Melbourne a round trip of 600kms each time! Amazing. What a mixture of emotions, relief and sadness. I am sure I will feel insecure to be separated from the regular connection with the medical team but at the same time I am excited to be looking at a future where I don't feel like I am staggering through mud every day. I have suddenly had a rush of F**k that was big! I am feeling very grateful for so much and that includes the sharing on this site. You have all helped so much with your sharing. My best wishes to all of you Rikki

That's great . You won't miss the travel and the chemo itself .I can imagine you will miss the people there for a while . I missed the people involved with radiation when I finished mine . That was two years ago . Now you begin a new phase . Enjoy it .
