pimbok I don,t know if this will help but before i was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer every bowel motion I had burnt me all day tried everything nothing else worked then I used a medical new zealand manuka honey smeared on the bum only thing that stopped pain but you cant use if you are diabetic what other forum would you put this up on,just a suggestion since i had whipples burning stopped, bile duct was blocked,hope thi helps kj ... katie I think it is quite normal to be nervy before an appointment It is an emotional Journey my wife says the time passes so slowly for her when we get near an appointment with the oncologist for blood results for me as my cancer shows in tumor markers for me i try and turn off it works most of the time. best wishes kj ... Fear It Is all in the mind years ago i spent a lot of time alone in the bush fishing and bushwalking for 5 days at a time alone there wild dogs and and you would hear strange noises at night sometimes youre imagination ran wild,I then came to the conclusion the only thing I had to fear was my imagination and I loved the bush even more.I approach this illness the same way at first the fear reared its ugly head again but it has been replaced with determination to face this head on.So that is how I face my fear. kj ...
