Hi @Jess24  No I have not be linked with a psychologist.  Two days ago I had to go to the emergency hospital as I was getting chest pain and both my arms where hurting like hell and it’s still hurting.   When I went to the emergency they did a ct scan on my chest to see if I had blood clot and that came up ok, I had two blood test and my troponin was 30 then they did another blood test and my troponin was 29.  I will see my gp on Monday to see a review with the cardiology and cardiac investigation.   ... Hi @Jess24  I’m still not feeling well after my first chemo as it made me very tired and don’t seem to have much energy.  Will see the oncologist on the 21 oct  i think the chemo took it out of me , I hope this won’t last to long all I want to do is sleep anyway I will keep you updated on how I’m going .  Tks Jess for your message it’s good to know I can talk to people in this community. ... Hello there🤗 A negative reaction to Oxaliplatin; such as difficulty breathing and gasping for air, can be severe and terrifying. In your case; emergency response; steroids; and oxygen all helped to settle your breathing. Hi.. I was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer August 2023 and was already on the DSP. Treatment has all been free, with help for travel and accommodation being covered by IPTASS and CanAssist as I'm in a regional area and had to travel for treatment. Ask your cancer nurse about the help available. I too was extremely concerned that I wouldn't be able to afford treatment,  but that has not been the case. Good luck with your appointments. ...
