Hi Steve, so many close encounters with death!!  You’re still here so that’s amazing too. Keep fighting the good fight. I think we have to know when to fight and know when it’s time for goodbye. I just had a friend die from cancer after fighting it until the end. We never got to say goodbye as she wouldn’t stop fighting. I guess we all do it our own way. Hi Eldestdaughter, I’m so sorry you lost your dad. The trauma of going through his death like that is just so awfully sad. I went through a similar end of life with my mum nearly 2 years ago and am just moving on to just missing her without all the other horrible memories. I never thought I’d get past it but I did. Morning Colin & BJ, you guys sound very similar in personality I think!! I got the all clear from Non Hodgkin’s Lymphona last July, then survived a heart attack in August! So it wasn’t my time to go but my death is something that seems to always be in the background of my thoughts. Not in a morbid way, more practical I guess. I’m trying to finish a cross stitch that I’ve been working on for years, now I don’t want to leave it unfinished in case I suddenly go to Heaven!! Such a beautiful day in Perth today🌤. Hi Peregrina, I also got neutropenia sepsis at the start of my chemo treatment. Ended up in hospital for 4 days on intravenous antibiotics. It was very scary.  My chemo was adjusted and that didn’t happen again. Hope you have loved ones around you for support. Accept all the help offered. You’ll make it through 🙏💕. Linda G  ...
