After two months of intensive research on the Internet about numerous healthy/organic/vegan/ you name it diets offered to "cure" cancer I've formed an opinion that just a diet can not cure cancer as each cancer is at the same time specific and different to another. So, an universal diet offered to cure all range of cancerogenic diseases is just - fluff.

After the Whipple's procedure patients usually lose 5-10kg. For some it is a good thing while for others not so much. My partner lost about 4kg. She weighs around 53.5kg and has started climbing back to her normal pre-surgery weight as she thinks it is her optimal weight. Our priority when it comes to her physical condition is to enhance and then maintain her physical fitness level to where it was prior to the surgery. its 2am and i cant sleep.. i keep wondering how ppl who i once called my 'friends' no longer talk to me.. its like they wont invite me out because they think im to busy caring for my partner.. its strange how you go through a major crisis and ppl suddenly become distant.. it hurts and makes u feel terribly alone.. does any1 else have experiences like this as a carer?
