We arrive at our appt with the onc., just a routine check-up, post chemo cycle 3. I knew I needed to clear the air with the onc. I had been very emotional at the last appt when we had got the results of the first scan since treatment began. I was nervous, besides the initial appointment, I hadn't felt 'included' by the onc. even though I went to every appointment.

i am now 18 treatments down and 10 to go. not long now and i can head home i hope. i have some burning marks and itching and have quite a tan on my boob. i am still feeling well in myself and am keeping busy to take my mind off being away from home. i son (Greg) along with his partners open their brand new Sportpower shop in Esperance today and i would love to be there. i recieved the photos via email late last night and they are wonderful and they have done an amazing job with the building.

Right now, I'm feeling a pretty even balance between guilt and total utter resentment. I managed to get a long weekend - Sunday, Monday and today - Cup Day. 3 days away from work? Are you serious? Phwoaaaaaar. Imagine what I could do with 3 days off... relax, read, sit in the sun, get a massage...

Does anyone know of any women who had B.C and had children after treatments? Also are there any women who came off tamoxifen before the 5 years and had a successful pregnancy and no reoccurance??

Does anyone feel so lost with there lives not knowing which way to go with there lives after all cancer treatments?? I just feel in limbo all the time, is this normal??

Today i head back to perth for day 17 of treatment. i have had a wonderful time with my sister and her son in Bunbury. we did lots of walking the shops, sight seeing and socialising. caught up with my friend Carol who is not doing that well. she was really happy to see us and have a chat. i was shocked a bit as i saw her 12 months ago and she is going down hill rapidly. it was a bit sad for me as i am doing so well. (i felt a bit guilty). my sister is coming with me today to see what they do at radiation. i told her its a 2 min appointment by she want to see for herself.
