Have started my Chemo journey after six years of watch and wait .

Have you or your loved ones had an experience with palliative care?

Looking for friendly advice from people who understand 

have just been diagnosed 6th April 2017. Has anybody opted to not have treatment. I'm afraid of going through everything just to find it has spread. At this point i do not feel sick. Maybe I'd prefer less time but more healthy time.

I recently stopped working to take care of family members that were diagnosed with prostate and lung cancer. They have lost their appetites and their tastes have changed quite significantly.

Ever since I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I keep hearing about the various cancer “journeys” that I and many others have supposedly embarked on. But this is certainly not the "holiday of a lifetime". Instead I feel (in my early sixties) like a small child who has been forced to start school and become educated, whether she likes it or not!
